In 1980, a group of friends joined forces to produce a low-budget horror film with Tim and Rita as the Executive Producers. One reviewer called it, “A marvel of imaginative low-budget filmmaking.” Another, “A B-Movie masterpiece”, and another “An eighties classic”. THE DEADLY SPAWN appeared on six magazine covers, opened at 50 movie theaters, on a soundtrack record, t-shirts, a compact disc, 30 video releases worldwide.
